Here are some other KEY things about the compensation plan at Go GVO..
Oct 13th, 2009 by Lucy Katts

- Go GVO 2×10 forced matrix (meaning people in your upline OR your downline may contribute to your overall income as they refer more and more people)

- 5% commission on EACH of the 10 levels. A full matrix is 2046 people, or over $4,500 per month if every person is on the LOWEST price-point product package — and if you didn’t refer ANY of them. If you referred some of them, you earn 20% of what your referrals earn too (matching bonuses). This is in addition to your normal matrix commissions.

- For every 14 Titanium members in your organization, you get another position in the matrix. You can save these up in a pool and use them (position them) where you want to and WHEN you want to.

This is great, for instance, if you want to put one of these “bonus” positions directly under a heavy-hitter you refer, or if you want to use it as incentive by placing it under a friend or family member and then start building it so you build your income AND theirs, or rewarding a hard-working member in your group by placing one of your bonus positions under them.

And ah… this is KILLER. If you’re really going to get cranking and promoting , you will LOVE this. Each month, GVO will put 10% of company net profits into a bonus pool. I don’t know that it has an official name yet, but we’ll call it the heavy hitter bonus pool for now.

The TOP 20 referrers each month will share in this pool equally.

NOT the top earners, but the 20 people with the most personal referrals for that month — so even someone BRAND NEW to the company could potentially hit on this bonus their first month.

I can’t make promises about the size of this pool or what the bonus to each qualifying affiliate will be, but I can imagine it getting VERY big, VERY fast based on what I’ve seen already.

For an easy hypothetical example, if Go GVO has net profits of $1 MILLION in a month, then the bonus pool for that month is $100,000, which is split equally by 20 people who referred the most new members for the month.

That’s $5K in addition to your normal fast starts, matrix commissions, and matching bonuses. If you can’t tell by this email that I’m excited, just wait until you see the video.

Believe me, although I can’t talk about it — it’s exciting and will mean even MORE income to you.

I’m telling you folks… I’m pumped. If you’re not, check your pulse — there’s probably something wrong with you the Go GVO.

Check Your Furnace Before the Heating Season
Oct 13th, 2009 by Lucy Katts

You’ll need your heating system when it’s winter time and the cold winds start to blow. Did you know that many people tend to ignore their furnace until they are in need of it? Every year it’s the same thing. Cold weather means your furnace will get a work out.

In Dacula, Gwinnett County, Lawrenceville and the rest of the greater Atlanta area call Hixon Heating and Air Conditioning to get your furnace or air conditioner tuned and serviced for the upcoming season. Our most important goal is to fix your heating or air conditioning system right the first time. We are an expert Dacula HVAC Contractor.

Most people wait until winter is here before thinking about servicing their heating system. Your furnace needs regular maintenance and the best time to do it is in the early fall before the heating season is upon you.

When the furnace is new and is properly working, your energy expenditure will stay at an efficient and steady level and will not creep up, but if you find that your consumption suddenly takes a spike, it is time for a check-up of your system. Do do you know that every working machine needs to be maintained for optimal functioning?

Even if you have a superior quality heating furnace, there are times that something can go wrong and you will need to contact a heating contractor. Make sure to seek out a contractor who is HVAC approved to perform the maintenance so that you can rest assured that a complete and proper job will be done.

One of the easiest things you can do for your furnace is make sure it has a clean filter. The filter ensures that air passing through the furnace system is clean and dust free. Check the internet or local yellow pages to source out a reputable HVAC heating contractor in your area of the country.

The Four Cs of Diamonds
Oct 13th, 2009 by Lucy Katts

The diamond is the hardest substance in nature known to man, yet it is a gemstone of the simplest composition.  It is a mineral made up of carbon atoms formed into a crystalline lattice arrangement.  But what are the four Cs of diamonds:

1. Cut – the cut of a diamond actually pertains to both its shape and how well the diamond is formed in relation to its proportions and polish.  This factor of a diamond defers from all the others, as it is the only one that is determined by human hands. Nature is responsible for a diamond’s color, clarity and carat, but only an expert cutter can make a rough diamond achieve its most beautiful form.

2. Color – the color of a diamond varies from shades of yellow to the higher quality and more uncommon colorless types.  A diamond’s color is graded, D being the highest for the perfectly colorless stones, to grade Z, which has tints of yellow in the piece.  There are some that are also called fancies, available in brighter hues of blue, pink, yellow, green, purple and even red.

3. Clarity – like our own fingerprints, no two diamonds are alike.  This is because diamonds have inclusions, tiny internal flaws of non-crystallized carbon that are mostly invisible to a human eye. These inclusions affect a diamond’s clarity, which is the degree in which light passes through the stone.

Blemishes can also appear after the cutting process and can affect clarity.  Clarity grades range from internally flawless to imperfect.

4. Carat – pertains to a diamond’s weight and is measured in increments called points, 100 points being equal to one carat.  Since larger diamonds are rare, the value of a 2-carat diamond is priced higher than that of 2 1-carat diamonds of the same quality.  A diamond’s carat is the easiest to measure since it is determined on a diamond scale.

What does a Super Antioxidant do for me anyway?
Oct 13th, 2009 by Lucy Katts

To begin its important that you firmly understand what an antioxidant is let alone a super antioxidant. An easy way to get your head around the way an antioxidant works in your body is this; Imagine you have two opposing sides at war with each other. We will label the good guys as Antioxidants and the bad guys are called free radicals. It is actually pretty obvious that when the bad guys attack, if they have more soldiers than you do they might win the fight. But if you have enough good guys to combat them then you win the fight for another day.Usually it’s mano e mano (man on man) or one on one. In other words, if you have one bad free radical that makes his way into your body you would need at least one antioxidant (good guy) to fight him and remove him from the system.

So, then if you don’t supply enough soldiers to take the bad guys out one on one then they overwhelm your soldiers and the result is they start tearing you apart at the cellular level. Which is quite obviously a very bad thing. This process of tearing you down is called oxidation and its somewhat chemically similar to the way metal rusts through oxidation as well. Now on the other hand, if your able to bring in some of the big boys “the super antioxidant” if you will. Then the rules change a quite a bit in your favor. The really powerful Super Antioxidants can neutralize several free radicals at once.

They also have a tremendous amount of antioxidants packed into a very small amount of space. This is how they rate so high on the charts that rate antioxidants and tell you which ones are the strongest and therefore have the greatest amount of firepower to be able to defeat the bad guys army.

The chart that you will see most commonly used to rate the effectiveness of all antioxidants is called an ORAC chart. Which stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. And just simply indicates how many bad guys can you good guys absorb, neutralize and remove from the body before your life expectancy is gone or used up.The higher the rating on the ORAC chart the more volume of bad guys this particular antioxidant can fight and defeat for you.The way an antioxidant gets to where the crown of super antioxidant is when it is able to beat out its competitors on the chart and rank amongst the very few top antioxidants ever tested. There is no set number such as only the top 5% or 10% can be called a super antioxidant but it’s a pretty safe bet that when you find one with an ORAC above 100,000 units or more then you likely have a winner that you should consider using to help you win the war long term.
